Regional Manager

The regional manager position is a demanding job that requires the endurance to work long days and the drive and confidence to make independent decisions that further the growth of the company. We desire applicants with expertise in logistics, organization, leadership, and communication skills.

The regional manager's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Overseeing the operations of the hired staff in their designated regions and schools.
• Recruiting and hiring appropriate team members to work for them in their designated region.
• General moving logistics, including renting trucks and preparing day to day work schedules for all materials deliveries and moving days.
• Onsite marketing, including passing out flyers and other materials to students on campus.
• The ability to make informed and independent decisions without the constant influence of upper management.
• Developing a diplomatic relationship with universities serviced and the local vendors in their region.
• Ensuring each job is completed appropriately and on-time.
• Dealing with any immediate customer needs and/or complaints.

The regional manager is not responsible for performing labor, but may be directly involved if so desired. The work is seasonal, part time, and temporary. We will pay hourly based on experience and region.

Team Member

Team members will usually be partnered two people per truck and will be responsible for independently carrying out the assigned schedule of duties in a timely fashion. Applicants for this job must be able to interact with customers and work with a team to pick up, store, and deliver customer items in an organized manner.

Work is seasonal, part time, and temporary. We will pay hourly based on experience and region.
